The amount of support, training, technology for both agents and clients, and cooperation among everyone at Realty One Group is absolutely amazing.  It’s a group that works together for the betterment of everyone. I had become complacent and burned out at my previous brokerage. I have more enthusiasm and motivation now at Realty One than I have ever had in my 16 year career, and now I have the tools and education to become a better, more productive agent.

I came to Realty ONE Group Exclusive 2 years ago from a large company. This office has been everything the company and the Broker have said it would be and more.   The company offers everything I need to operate as a full time top producing agent from technology to training to branding my business. It has given me the ability to go above and beyond for my clients.   This office itself has provided a professional atmosphere, front end assistance that is unbelievable, and a Broker that is always available when I work, not just during traditional business hours.  Everything they promised they have delivered on and I am seeing the benefits in more business and larger commission checks.  Thank you Realty ONE Group Exclusive.

Although I am fairly new to the Realty ONE Group Exclusive, it has been a game changer for me. The amount of technology and training available to agents is over the top good. I have probably learned more in just a few weeks than I have in an entire year with my previous broker. Brent, our broker is very hands on and readily available to answer any questions I may have. In addition, he was very helpful in my transition and has provided some great advice as an experienced agent. Im confident it was the right decision at the right time in my career!

I have been a licensed Realtor for 17 years.  I got into the industry because I love to be around people.  I really love making people happy.  I can talk to a wall, if it would talk back to me.  I also love showing homes. I specialize in first time homebuyers.  Nothing makes me happier than seeing the look on a buyer’s face when I hand them the keys to their very first home that they scraped up money and worked so hard to accomplish.  I have worked for a few of the big named brokerages over the years, like Keller Williams and Century 21.  I now work for Realty ONE Group Exclusive.  The broker of record is Brent Harris.  I can tell you for sure that this is my final stop!  I have never worked for a person that is so thoughtful of his Real Estate agents.  Brent is a very honorable and respectable guy and full of integrity. He cares almost a little too much. Brent brings so much to the table for his office, staff and agents. He really and truly cares about what goes into making his business a success.  I love working for Brent.  I get phone calls and emails all the time with people trying to recruit me.  I stop them dead in their tracks and tell them nicely that I would be stupid to leave such a great company.  On another note, Realty ONE Group Exclusive offers so many amazing tools to enhance my business.  We have training sessions weekly to show us how to do everything we can to attract more buyers and sellers.  The technological products that this company offers is the best I have ever seen.  The commission split is a great deal as well. The monthly fees are very minimal for what you get in return. I will retire from Real Estate at Realty ONE Group Exclusive.
